Kaddu ki sabzi

Hello friends
AJ Maine banayi hai ek bar phir kaddu ki sabji kachi kairi aur chane ki dal ke sath....
Ingredients:-
Kaddu- 500gm
Chana dal-1/2 katori
Kachi kairi- 1 medium size
Rai- 1/2 teaspoon
Jeera-1/2 teaspoon
Garlic- 6-8 cloves
Hari mirch- 3
Hara dhania- 1 tablespoon
Lal mirch powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder-1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala-1/4 teaspoon
Salt as per your taste
Oil

Recipe:-
Sabse pehle chana Dal ko should ke 5 to 6  hours le liye bhigo de. Ab kaddu ko wash Karke chote pieces me cut Kar le aur kachi kairi ko BHI wash Karke peel Kar le aur cut Kar le.

Ab kadhai me oil garam Kar le aur Rai hing aur jeera Dal de. Jab Rai aur jeera chatakne lage to garlic aur green chillies dale. Jab garlic Ka colour change ho Jaye toh usme kaddu soak ki hui chane ki dal aur kachi kairi Dal de aur ache se mix kare.

Ab usme Baki Sare masale aur salt Dal de.. lid cover Karke low flame pe pakaye... 

Beech beech me sabji chalate Rahe.. jab kaddu soft ho Jaye means Pak Jaye to gas band Kar de aur hare dhaniye se garnish kare. Ready hai kaddu ki sabji. Roti poori aur parathe ke sath enjoy kare...

Note:-
1) kaddu khud Pani chodta hai so Pani add Karne ki jarurat Nahi Hoti hai but agar need ho to add Kar le.
2) agar khatti meethi sabji Khana chahe to Sath me jaggery BHI add Kar de.
