INGREDIENTS
Basmati rice -1 cup
Chana dal - 3/4 CUP
Urad dal - 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds -1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Water - 1/2 cup
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Oil - for frying

METHOD
Wash and soak basmati rice and dals for 3-4 hours and grind to make a smooth paste with the help of water
The batter should be thick.
Now add the cumin seeds,coriander leaves and salt
Heat enough oil for deep frying.
Now pour one spoon of batter in the oil and cook on medium flame till the color is lightly brown,then turn it over another side and drain in paper napkin.
Serve hot with aloo  tamator ki subji or chutney


Carrot tomato soup

INGREDIENTS
Tomato - 2 big size
Carrot  -  2
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt  -  to taste
Sugar  -  1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder  -  1/4 tsp
Butter  -  1 tbsp
Corn flour  -  1 tsp
Fresh cream  -  1 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilly powder  -  1/2 tsp
Water  -  3 cup
Fresh coriander leaves  - for garnishing

METHOD
Boil tomato and carrot and strain it.
Heat butter on a pan add corn flour and saute for one to two mins.
Add tomato and carrot juice
Add sugar.kashmiri red chilly powder and salt and cook till thick.
Add in the serving bowl and pour lemon juice and black pepper powder and mix well.
Garnish with fresh cream,coriander leaves and carrot


Tempting pavbhaji paratha n curd -
Ajka dinner
Recipe - take multigrain flour add boiled n mashed potato n veges chopped in chopper ( capsicum , onion , garlic, green peas , tomato, ginger carrot , )coriender , lemon juice , salt , haldi , pavbhaji masala , chilli powder , oil  n make dough .
Roll n roast both side golden with little oil or butter .serve with curd or raita .
