When people started assigning significations to each and every house of the birth chart , then they finally came across the 12th house the last house of the birth chart and they thought what would be the man's final destination and many people said different views on 12th house and finally they couldn't able to come to the correct conclusion,the purpose of identifying the correct significations of 12th house is lost, So ultimately they considered this house of loss or misfortunes.Because this house is  beyond one's imagination and expectations where he might or might not achieve.

Now let us see the results of different planets in 12th house. 

1. Sun in 12th house is considered as maranakaraka sthana where it's core identity is lost and the soul tries to wander with out any futuristic goals as its karakatwa is lost .But nothing to worry ultimately if benefic aspects then the person can able to reach his spiritual destination under God grace.

4.Mercury in 12th house is most uncomfortable position for him as he is in dilemma to use his logic and core intelligence in finding the unknown things as represented by the 12th house ,but however if benefic aspects then it can lead to intuitive abilities of the native. 

5.Jupiter the mighty gaseous planet works well in 12th house and as a planet of wisdom and dharma the planet Jupiter won't lose its core identity in 12th house and he himself represents the natural significator of 12th house. 7.Saturn in 12th house is most depressed situation  for him as a planet of reality and Karma. Where he can't able to harmonize himself in the unknown world and balance the karmic world. 

8.Rahu in 12th house is in  confused state and it's nature is similar to Saturn but his uncontrollable desires to explore the unknown things through shortcuts might go wrong in most of the cases but If benefic aspects then it results in mysterious things exploration. 

9.Ketu is the only planet which works well in 12th house and his character of isolation suits well in this unknown world and his mysterious nature is completely harmonized to the 12th house. The native can sense things beyond it's intuition sometimes and it may help him to lead the path to spiritual frontend.
