📝 Ingredients:

Dry Ingredients:
 • All-purpose flour – 1¼ cup
 • Baking powder – 1 tsp
 • Baking soda – ½ tsp
 • Salt – a pinch

Wet Ingredients:
 • Yogurt/curd – ½ cup (room temp)
 • Milk – ½ cup (room temp)
 • Oil (neutral or coconut) – ¼ cup
 • Jaggery powder or sugar – ½ to ¾ cup (adjust to taste)
 • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
 • Rose water – ½ tsp (optional, for floral boost)
 • Gulkand (rose petal jam) – 3 to 4 tbsp
 • Slivered pistachios or almonds – for garnish

🧁 Instructions:
 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a loaf tin.
 2. In a bowl, whisk yogurt, milk, jaggery/sugar, oil, vanilla, and rose water until smooth.
 3. Sift in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
 4. Gently fold dry into wet without overmixing.
 5. Pour half the batter into the pan, dot with gulkand and swirl gently. Repeat with the remaining batter and gulkand.
 6. Sprinkle slivered nuts on top.
 7. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
 8. Cool, slice, and serve!
