Ingredients:- Kaddu- 500gm Chana dal-1/2 katori Kachi kairi- 1 medium size Rai- 1/2 teaspoon Jeera-1/2 teaspoon Garlic- 6-8 cloves Hari mirch- 3 Hara dhania- 1 tablespoon Lal mirch powder- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder-1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon Garam masala-1/4 teaspoon Salt as per your taste Oil Recipe:- Sabse pehle chana Dal ko should ke 5 to 6  hours le liye bhigo de. Ab kaddu ko wash Karke chote pieces me cut Kar le aur kachi kairi ko BHI wash Karke peel Kar le aur cut Kar le. Ab kadhai me oil garam Kar le aur Rai hing aur jeera Dal de.
