Ingredients:- Kaddu- 500gm Chana dal-1/2 katori Kachi kairi- 1 medium size Rai- 1/2 teaspoon Jeera-1/2 teaspoon Garlic- 6-8 cloves Hari mirch- 3 Hara dhania- 1 tablespoon Lal mirch powder- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder-1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon Garam masala-1/4 teaspoon Salt as per your taste Oil Recipe:- Sabse pehle chana Dal ko should ke 5 to 6  hours le liye bhigo de.
