Rahu dev is obsession. 
Obsession creates anxiety. 
Anxiety creates unrest. 

This is the cycle of Rahu. 

Obsession -> Anxiety -> Unrest 

Rahu dev in the 5th house gives the individual an obsession with creativity, romance, early education. The individual wants to create. Why? Just because. There is a never ending desire to create something new. Rahu dev is never satisfied with the results. Rahu dev is a thrill seeker and seeks quick gratification. He or she is not interested in mundane, boring relationships. The individual wants to experience the thrill of a new romantic relationship and therefore keeps on moving from one romantic partner to the other. Rahu dev is not satisfied with the education system. He wants to get away from it. He wants to disrupt it and create something new. These individuals might not complete their education or might decide to take a break from it. 

Ketu dev is comfort zone or carefree zone. 
Carefreeness creates procrastination (delay). 
Procrastination creates loss. 

This is the cycle of Ketu. 

Carefreeness -> Procrastination -> loss 

Ketu dev in the 11th house gives the individual a carefree attitude about their gains and about the friends or acquaintances that they acquire during their creative endeavours. They are careless or carefree about their gains. They don't want to be bothered by them. They just want to create (Rahu in 5th). They are very comfortable with the loss of their gains (11th house). They keep on avoiding the monetary aspect of their creative projects and thus end up with poor finances.

Rahu is the pathogen, Ketu is the fever created by it. Rahu in the 5th house can give very bad digestion. There can be an overgrowth of bacteria (rahu) in the gut. This can lead to chronic fevers (ketu) if not checked. People with rahu in the 5th house should take some herbs that can aid in digestion. People with this placement need to be careful and practical about the relationship and money that they gain from their creations.
